To organize an event, you can send your application to kultur.merkezi@hacettepe.edu.tr e-mail address. Application mails should contain the following information.

1. Event Name

2. Event Date

3. Event Time

4. Name, Surname, Telephone Number, E-mail Address of the Event Manager

5. Requested Venue

6. Requested Technical Equipment

7. Requested Catering Services

8. Expected Number of Participants

Your application will be evaluated and price information will be sent to you by our directorate according to the services you request.

Printing, distribution and announcement of all posters, programs, invitations, etc. for events are belong to the organization and/or persons organizing the event.

Halls are allocated for preparation and rehearsal at a time deemed appropriate by the directorate.

A contract is signed between the institution and/or persons and our directorate for each event to be organized.

Written and visual materials can be hung only in the areas determined by our directorate within the Cultural Center.
